These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website www.yoomaa.com and the sale of products offered by YOOMAA, operated by YOOMAA LEGACY. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in appearance or packaging may occur. Images are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute contractual obligation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
We do not store any of your payment information.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 working hours and delivered within 6 to 8 working days on average.
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and issue refunds up to 60 days from the order date, after completing a short satisfaction questionnaire.
Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Liability

Lumio UK shall not be held liable for:

Delays beyond our control
Minor differences in colour or appearance
Misuse or improper use of the product
Indirect or consequential damages

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (images, text, design, branding) is the exclusive property of YOOMAA LEGACY LTD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by UK law.
In case of dispute, UK courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
